Privacy Policy隐私政策

This policy explains what Chapter stores, where it is stored, and when information is sent. Your notes, highlights, and reading progress stay on your device unless you sign in to sync them. Some translations licensed through API.Bible also require reading reports, whether or not you have an account, as described below.本政策说明 Chapter 保存哪些信息、保存在哪里，以及何时会发送信息。除非你登录并同步，笔记、高亮和阅读进度会保存在设备上。部分通过 API.Bible 授权的译本还需要提交阅读报告，无论是否登录；具体方式见下文。

What we collect我们收集的信息

Without an account, nothing, apart from the reading reports a licensed version requires (below): the app has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and sends us nothing about you or your reading. An account is optional. If you sign in, we keep your name and email address as Apple or Google gives them, an account ID, and your reading: where you are in each book, the chapters you’ve read, your highlights, notes and bookmarks, your reading days, and your profile’s name, place and bio. They are stored with Supabase, our database host, only to keep your devices in step. Signing in登录

You sign in through Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies. They provide the account information described below. Apple gives your name and email address, or a private relay address if you choose to hide yours; Google gives your name, email address and a link to your profile picture, which the app doesn’t use. Supabase records each sign-in, with its time and IP address, to keep accounts secure.你通过 Apple 或 Google 登录，适用其各自的隐私政策。它们会向我们提供下文列出的账号信息。Apple 提供你的姓名和电子邮箱地址；如果你选择隐藏邮箱，则只提供一个中转邮箱。Google 提供你的姓名、电子邮箱地址和头像链接，本应用不使用该头像。Supabase 会记录每次登录的时间和 IP 地址，以保障账号安全。

Your account你的账号

Signing out stops the syncing; your reading stays on the device. Deleting the account in Settings › Account erases your account and the reading synced with it from our servers, and for an Apple sign-in revokes the app’s access to your Apple ID. What is on your device stays until you delete it there. You can also ask for a copy of what is kept with your account, or for any of it to be corrected or deleted, at chapter@hymnconcepts.com or in Settings › Feedback.退出登录后，同步即停止，阅读记录仍保留在设备上。在“设置 › 账号”中注销账号，会从我们的服务器上永久删除你的账号和其中同步的阅读内容；若通过 Apple 登录，还会撤销本应用对你 Apple 账户的访问权限。设备上的内容会保留，直到你在设备上删除。如需账号中所存内容的副本，或要求更正、删除其中任何内容，也可以发邮件至 chapter@hymnconcepts.com，或通过“设置 › 反馈”告诉我们。

What stays on your device保存在你设备上的内容

Your notes, highlights, bookmarks, reading progress, search history and settings, and the name and photo on your profile, are stored on your device; signed in, a copy of your reading and your profile’s words is kept with your account too. Your search history, settings and profile photo never leave the device. They are part of your device’s backups as iOS arranges them, and deleting the app deletes them from the device. Settings › Storage deletes your marks or your reading history, and signed in, from your account as well.你的笔记、高亮、书签、阅读进度、搜索记录、设置，以及个人资料中的昵称和头像，都保存在你的设备上；登录后，阅读记录、标注和个人资料中的文字也会在你的账号中保存一份。搜索记录、设置和头像照片从不离开设备。它们随 iOS 的设备备份一同备份；删除本应用即从设备上一并删除。你可以在“设置 › 存储”中删除全部标注或阅读记录；登录时，账号中的也会一并删除。

Camera and photos相机与照片

If you take a profile photo, the app asks to use the camera. If you choose one, the system’s photo picker gives the app only the photo you pick. Either way the photo stays on your device. Pages of a paper Bible you scan or choose are read on your device to find the notes in their margins, and are not kept or sent anywhere; only the notes you save are kept, as your other notes are.如果你拍摄头像，本应用会请求使用相机；如果你从相册选择，系统的照片选择器只会把你选中的那张照片交给本应用。无论哪种方式，照片都只保存在你的设备上。你扫描或选择的纸本圣经页面，只在手机本地识别页边笔记，不会保存，也不会上传；只有你保存的笔记会留下，和其他笔记一样。

Downloads下载内容

Fonts and most versions you choose download from Apple’s App Store servers, as any app’s downloadable content does; Apple’s privacy policy covers that exchange. Licensed versions download as the next section describes.你选用的字体和大部分译本从 Apple 的 App Store 服务器下载，与其他应用的下载内容相同；这一过程适用 Apple 的隐私政策。授权译本的下载方式见下一节。

Licensed versions授权译本

Some versions, such as the New King James Version, are licensed through API.Bible. If you add one, its text downloads from API.Bible through our server, which keeps no copy, and is refreshed about once a month, as the licence requires. Each time you read a passage of it, the app tells API.Bible’s Fair Use Management System which passage, with a random ID made for this installation and one for the reading session, and nothing else: not your name, account or location. Passages read offline are reported when you’re next online. Giving捐赠

Gifts are made through Apple’s In-App Purchase, and Apple processes the payment under its own privacy policy. Apple doesn’t share your name, Apple Account or payment details with us; App Store Connect shows us only sales reports, which carry no names or contact details. Your giving history is kept on your device to show in Giving History; it isn’t sent to us or synced with your account.捐赠通过 Apple 的 App 内购买完成，付款由 Apple 处理，适用 Apple 的隐私政策。Apple 不会向我们提供你的姓名、Apple 账户或银行卡等支付信息；我们在 App Store Connect 中只能看到不含姓名和联系方式的销售报告。你的捐赠记录只保存在你的设备上，用于显示“捐赠记录”，不会发送给我们，也不会同步到你的账号。

Some links open pages that aren’t ours: a version’s sample on Bible Gateway, and the App Store. Sample opens in Safari’s view inside the app, which keeps its cookies apart from the app. Those services have their own privacy policies.部分链接会打开不属于我们的页面，例如 Bible Gateway 上的译本样本，以及 App Store。“样本”在应用内以 Safari 视图打开，其 Cookie 与本应用分开保存。这些服务有各自的隐私政策。

Sharing分享

A verse or card you share goes where you send it, through iOS’s share sheet. We don’t see it.你分享的经文或卡片经由 iOS 的分享面板发送到你选择的地方，我们看不到。

Children儿童

Chapter can be used fully without an account, including by children. The reading reports required by some licensed translations, described above, also apply without an account.包括儿童在内的用户均可在不登录的情况下完整使用 Chapter。上文所述部分授权译本要求的阅读报告，同样适用于未登录使用。

Changes政策修订

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.本政策如有修订，上方日期会随之更新。
