These terms govern your use of Chapter. “We” refers to the app’s developer. By using Chapter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.本条款适用于你对 Chapter 的使用。“我们”指本应用的开发者。使用 Chapter 即表示你同意本条款；如不同意，请不要使用本应用。
Apple’s licenceApple 的许可
The app comes from Apple’s App Store, and your licence to use it is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it.本应用经由 Apple App Store 提供，你使用本应用的许可即 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）。本条款是对它的补充。
Your data and your account你的数据与账号
The app works fully without an account, and then what you make in it stays on your device. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your reading is also kept with your account so it follows you to your other devices. You can sign out or delete the account at any time in Settings › Account. The Privacy Policy explains it in full.本应用不登录也能完整使用，此时你在其中留下的一切都只保存在你的设备上。如果你通过 Apple 或 Google 账号登录，你的阅读记录也会保存在你的账号中，以便在其他设备上接着读。你可以随时在“设置 › 账号”中退出登录或注销账号。详见隐私政策。
Scripture经文
Each version belongs to its copyright holder or is in the public domain, as listed in Settings › Copyrights. Public-domain texts are free to use; quote and share a copyrighted version as its holder allows.每个译本或属于其版权方，或属于公有领域，详见“设置 › 版权声明”。公有领域的经文可自由使用；受版权保护的译本，请按其版权方的规定引用和分享。
Downloads下载内容
Some fonts and versions download from Apple’s servers when you choose them, and stay on your device until you remove them in Settings › Storage. A version licensed through API.Bible downloads through our server instead, and stays only as its licence allows: it is refreshed about once a month, and removed if the licence ends or it goes 30 days without a refresh.部分字体和译本在你选用时从 Apple 的服务器下载，并保存在你的设备上，直到你在“设置 › 存储”中移除。通过 API.Bible 授权的译本则经由我们的服务器下载，并只在授权允许的范围内保留：约每月更新一次；授权终止，或超过 30 天未能更新时，会从设备上移除。
About giving捐赠说明
Your gift is entirely voluntary. Whether you give or not, you have the same features and content. A gift carries no extra benefits; it goes toward Chapter’s development and upkeep.
Chapter is an independent, personal project, not a church, charity or registered nonprofit, and doesn’t provide receipts for charitable tax deductions.
Payment is made through Apple’s In-App Purchase, in the amount and currency shown when you confirm it. Apple processes the payment, and Chapter can’t see your card or other payment details. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, where Apple reviews and handles it.
你的捐赠完全出于自愿。无论是否捐赠，你都可以使用相同的功能与内容。捐赠不附带额外权益，将用于 Chapter 的日常开发与维护。
Chapter 是个人独立项目，并非教会、慈善机构或注册非营利组织，不提供慈善捐赠抵税凭证。
付款通过 Apple 的 App 内购买完成，金额与币种以付款确认页面为准。Apple 负责处理付款，Chapter 无法查看你的银行卡等支付信息。如需申请退款，请前往 reportaproblem.apple.com，由 Apple 审核处理。
Monthly gifts每月捐赠
A monthly gift is an auto-renewing subscription. Apple charges for the next period within the 24 hours before the current one ends, until you cancel the subscription.
You can manage or cancel it at any time in Chapter’s Settings › Support Chapter, or in your Apple Account’s Subscriptions. To avoid the next charge, it’s best to cancel at least 24 hours ahead.
Canceling stops future renewals; payments already made aren’t refunded automatically. For a refund, you can submit a request to Apple.
If you change the amount, Apple’s subscription confirmation screen shows when the change takes effect and how it’s charged.
每月捐赠采用自动续订订阅，Apple 会在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内收取下一期费用，直至你取消订阅。
你可以随时在 Chapter 的“设置 › 支持 Chapter”或 Apple 账户的“订阅”中管理或取消。为避免下一期扣款，建议至少提前 24 小时取消。
取消后将停止后续续订，已支付的款项不会自动退还。如需退款，可向 Apple 提交申请。
调整支持金额时，生效时间及费用处理以 Apple 的订阅确认页面为准。
Other sites其他网站
The Sample option opens the translation’s page on Bible Gateway within the app. Sites that aren’t ours have their own terms and privacy policies; we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.选择“样本”会在应用内打开该译本的 Bible Gateway 页面。不属于我们的网站有各自的条款和隐私政策，我们无法控制，也不对其负责。
The app itself本应用本身
The app’s design, covers, illustrations and code belong to us or our licensors, and its fonts are used under the licences listed in Acknowledgements. Use the app for reading and study; don’t copy, modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows.本应用的设计、封面、插图和代码归我们或我们的授权方所有；其中的字体依“致谢与声明”所列的许可使用。请将本应用用于阅读和研读；除法律允许的情形外，请勿复制、修改、再分发或反向工程本应用。
No warranty免责声明
The app is provided “as is”. We check the texts with care, but we can’t promise the app is free of errors or always available.本应用按“现状”提供。我们用心核对经文，但不保证本应用毫无错误或始终可用。
Liability责任限制
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can’t be limited.在法律允许的范围内，对于因使用本应用产生的间接或后果性损失，我们不承担责任。本条款不限制法律赋予你且不可限制的权利。
Changes条款修订
We may revise these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Using the app after a revision means you accept it.我们可能修订本条款，上方日期即最后修订日期。修订后继续使用本应用，即表示你接受修订后的条款。
